iPhone app news: Instagram updated with liked photos



Popular social photo sharing app Instagram has updated its 'wares to include a new section dedicated to photos you've previously liked.



The free iPhone which has been a revelation among hipsters looking to assert their retro cool by adding ragged, Polaroid-esque effects of various hues to their snaps before posting them online.
Now, as well as a general speed update which keeps things ticking along at a brisk pace, developers Burbn Inc have added a way to keep all of the photos that you've liked from various users.



This was a rather empty gesture, except to pay tribute to the noble photographer, now you can revisit your favourite shots with the "my liked photographs" tab in the profile section.



Other minor improvements include the ability to add your website name to your profile and auto complete for hashtags. The makeover isn't of the extreme variety, but Instagram is the best app of its ilk and it just got a little bit better.
